Now Hiring - Director of Sales in Holland, OH

The Director of Sales is responsible for executing a sustainable growth strategy and managing all sales operations. This leader will drive the transformation of our transaction-focused sales force to a solutions-focused sales force. The leader will also be responsible for developing industry-vertical strategies, diversifying our service offerings, and contributing to the development and execution of The Image Group’s branding and marketing strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth

· Design and implement strategic sales plans and targets.

· Develop business targeting strategy and Lead efforts to convert large business opportunities.

· Develop organic growth strategy for existing clients.

· Develop sales and marketing collateral to improve conversion rates and high-quality lead volume.

· Conduct negotiations to determine contract terms and ensure profitable deals.

Customer Experience

· Lead, manage and motivate Account Management team to improve customer experience.

· Work with Business Development, Senior Living Division, and Customer Service teams to design optimal customer experience.

· Design scalable sales systems to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

· Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.

· Manage ongoing sales team training and development program.

Leadership

· Lead sales meetings and celebrations that teach and inspire.

· Ensure departmental goals are in line with Company’s growth strategy.

· Conduct market research to identify industry trends and suggest adjustments to the Company’s strategic plan.

· Establish strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their networks.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field of study
• Knowledge of Promotional Products industry helpful.
• 5 + years of sales experience
• 5 + years management experience

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
